Hello:

I have added a compressed file to the server named 'Directory List'. This file contains a list of all the folders on the server. Download this file and you will be able to view all the folders much faster than using FTP software. If you see that the server contains the information you need you can log in wand go directly to those folders. This should make it faster for you and reduce some of the connection time which should reduce the load on the server.
